Robotics Lessons

Thanks to generous local tech companies like Wisetail, a group of volunteers and tech mentors are excited to bring  Here are the details for signing up:

Each class can schedule one Lego lesson with our tech volunteers this year.  Sphero lessons will be handled with the recent grants and professional development opportunities .  Lego lessons must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure adequate volunteer coverage.

Lessons for K-1 classes last approximately an hour, lessons for 2nd-5th grade last approximately 1 hour and a half.   Lessons do not need to be scheduled right at 9:30a!  Please indicate your preferred lesson time (between 9:30a and noon) when you sign up.

As your session approaches, we encourage you to share the sign up link (https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0e4bafaf2da6ff2-hyalite13) with your classroom parents, we love seeing more Hyalite parents come in to help partner with our community volunteers.  No experience necessary to help trouble shoot and ask questions!
